The City of Whitesboro offers construction roll-off containers for residents, contractors, and businesses undertaking building, remodeling, or demolition projects. This service provides a convenient and reliable way to manage construction debris while maintaining clean and safe job sites throughout the community.

All containers are delivered and collected by Frontier Waste personnel in accordance with applicable local regulations. Billing and scheduling are administered through the City of Whitesboro.
Exclusive Franchise Requirement
Pursuant to the City of Whitesboro’s exclusive solid waste franchise agreement with Frontier Waste, all residential, commercial, and construction addresses serviced by the City of Whitesboro shall utilize the City’s authorized roll-off container service.
No private or third-party waste haulers are permitted to provide roll-off container services within the City of Whitesboro service area. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action in accordance with applicable City ordinances.
